By enrolling in any of our services, you agree to adhere to the following:

▸ Eligibility to enroll in our programs depends on the specific criteria of the chosen course.
▸ Complete and accurate submission of the application form and required documentation is mandatory. Incomplete applications are liable to be rejected.

☑ Strict No Refund Policy
▸ All course/program fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.

▸ Fees paid are non-transferable to another person or program.

☑ Placement Support / Assistance

☑ Mock Interview Terms
▸ Clearing the mock interview is mandatory to proceed with placement support.
▸ CareerAmbitious officials will evaluate performance based on preset criteria.
▸ Failing a mock interview may lead to a wait period of 3 months before the next attempt.
▸ Continued failure or lack of preparation can result in withdrawal of placement support.

☑ Job Referrals and Soft Skills
▸ Job referrals will be offered based on profile suitability and available job openings.
▸ Soft skills training will be provided based on student demand and profile requirements.

☑ No Guarantee of Placement or Outcome
▸ CareerAmbitious does not provide any job guarantee.
▸ Outcomes depend on the student’s efforts, interview performance, and prevailing job market conditions.

☑ Participation & Engagement
▸ Active participation in all CareerAmbitious-organized placement activities is required.
▸ Placement support may be withdrawn in case of non-participation, poor engagement, or non-compliance with training standards.

☑ Job Offer Protocol
▸ Students must inform the placement team upon receiving a job offer.
▸ Unjustified rejections of offers may limit further placement support.

☑ Data Sharing Consent
▸ By enrolling, you authorize CareerAmbitious to share your resume and details with potential employers.
▸ Confidential information must not be disclosed without written permission.

☑ Placement Assistance Duration
▸ Assistance is valid for 6 months post course completion. Limited support may be offered beyond this at our discretion.

▸ You agree to keep confidential all proprietary information and job-related data provided during placement support.

☑ Post-Placement Support
▸ Additional support such as career guidance and skill development may be offered after placement for smoother job transitions.

☑ Training Participation Guidelines

▸ Misconduct or unprofessional behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.
